A policy for owning a condominium can vary widely from a homeowner’s policy and we will help you understand the differences. In general, the association policy will cover the building and common areas, while you are responsible for the condominium’s interior, your personal property and potential liabilities. It is important to understand your responsibility as it relates to the association’s insurance coverage as each association is different.
